Bajus said the new rate has been fixed considering the overall situation as the price of tejabi gold (pure gold) has risen.
According to the new rate, the price of hallmarked 22-carat gold per bhori (11.664 grams) is Tk 2,34,621. Besides, the price has been fixed at Tk 2,24,065 per bhori of 21-carat, Tk 1,92,397 per bhori of 18-carat and Tk 1,57,172 per bhori of gold of the traditional method.
