اللَّهُمَّ اكْفِنِيهِمْ بِمَا شِئْتَ
Pronunciation: Allahummakfinihim bima shi’ta
Meaning: O Allah! Protect me from their plots in whatever way You will.
Benefit: The Prophet (SM) said that in an earlier age, the king of the time wanted to kill a boy for the offence of believing in Allah. In whatever ways they tried to kill him, each time he sought help from Allah through the above dua, and Almighty Allah helped him. As a result, they could not do him any harm at all. (Muslim, Hadith: 7401)
The context and virtue of the dua
Fear of an enemy: This dua is to be recited when there is a fear of danger from a group of harmful people or from an enemy.
Attaining safety: One can remain free from danger by reciting this dua with complete trust in Allah.
Authentic source: The beloved Prophet (SM) used to recite this dua when he feared harm from any community.
May Allah the Almighty grant the Muslim Ummah the tawfiq to recite this dua taught by the Prophet in order to remain safe from the oppression and persecution of all enemies and from all harm, and may He protect it from alien fitna and attacks.
