Fifty-five officers of the administration cadre are set to be posted as senior assistant commissioners from the post of assistant commissioner (land), or AC land.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard on Monday (28 September) night. The notification said the 55 officers of the BCS (administration) cadre have been withdrawn from the post of assistant commissioner (land) and attached to the offices of the divisional commissioners of different divisions for their next posting.
These officers had so far been serving as assistant commissioners (land) in different upazilas of the country. Orders will now be issued from the offices of the divisional commissioners concerned posting them as senior assistant commissioners.
