A new committee of the Bhaluka Student Association of Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University has been formed.
In the committee, Md Tahmid Khandaker, a student of the Department of Law and Justice, has become president and Md Rakibul Alam Rakib (Shuvo), a student of the Department of English Language and Literature, has become general secretary.
On Thursday, the organisation’s former convener Adi Khan Shakil formally handed over the committee’s approval letter to the newly elected president and general secretary. Before this, he had been in charge as the organisation’s convener for about a year.
The new president and general secretary have expressed their resolve to take the organisation forward by making it more effective and united with the cooperation of all members.
